Little Women "Rules" 4-17-2010

Little Women Challenge The most important part of this competition is you! We want to create a support group for you. You are amazing and can do this. If you are struggling count on your team to help you through it. Don't give up and don't forget that I know how h...ard this is so you can always talk to me. Oh and of course enjoy the journey you are on. Now get out there and burn some calories.

1. Everyone has to weigh in on the same scale at the same time. I (Sidnie) will do the weigh in each week with the contestants team captain present.

2. We are measuring the percent of body weight lost. The calculation: Your actual weight (each weigh in) subtracted from your initial weight. Then divide that number by your initial (starting) weight, times 100...or just ask Sidnie! (Me!)

2. The first weigh in will be on Saturday, April 17 at 8 a.m. At the Clarence St LDS Church Bldg.

3. The final weigh in will be on July 17th at 8:00 a.m. At the Clarence St LDS Church Bldg.

4. Weigh-in’s will occur every Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. at the same location, unless otherwise notified.

5. There is a $5 registration fee which MUST be paid at your first weigh in. This is a one time Fee. (Hence, Registration Fee)

6. You can join at any time during the first three weeks (but it will be harder to win).

7. All money owed to the pot should be paid during the time of weigh in or prior to the following weigh in.

8. There will be a $1 weigh in fee, per week, applied to all contestants.(Weekly Weigh In Fee)

9. The winners of the individual contest will be the top two contestants, determine by the largest percentage of body weight lost. Those winners will each get 40% of the registration money only.

10. The team competition will go as follows. Each person on the team will have a goal they set of weight loss. If you meet your goal at 6 weeks you will receive 2 points for your team. If you meet your goal at the end you will receive 3 points.
When we have team challenges and your team or someone on your team wins then your team will get a point. The weekly weigh-in money will go to the winning team. If both teams win, they both get a point. At the end 20% of the registration fee will go to the team with the most points. (This is going to be fun.)

11. Team captains have been selected. They will encourage their team to work together, determine weekly goals and organize challenges for the teams. They will make their team laugh occasionally, but no snorting please. Each team member will play a vital role in the execution of team responsibilities.

12. There will be a chart stating what percentage others have lost or gained but no record of actual weigh will be posted. This allows us to be accountable to our team.

13. To get your weekly dollar back you must weigh-in every single week on my scale, If you can't be there on Saturday than call and I will bring the scale to you or you can drop by and weigh here. You will be allowed to miss two weigh-ins (I don't recommend doing this).

If you stick with the program your money will be awarded back to your team and then back to you.
